Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Infrastructure that scales with your ambitions — not against them.

Cloud infrastructure done right is a competitive advantage. Done wrong, it is a mounting cost with unpredictable reliability. We design, build, and operate cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and hybrid platforms that are architected for the performance, security, and cost profile your business demands — with the DevOps practices to keep delivery fast and quality high.

What We Offer

Cloud and DevOps services across the full infrastructure lifecycle

From initial strategy and architecture through migration, automation, and ongoing optimisation — we own the full infrastructure lifecycle alongside your team.

01

Cloud Strategy & Architecture

We help you choose the right cloud model — public, private, hybrid, or multi-cloud — and design an architecture that balances performance, security, compliance, and cost based on your actual workload requirements, not a generic blueprint.

02

Cloud Migration

We plan and execute cloud migrations using the right strategy for each workload — rehost, replatform, or refactor — with minimal business disruption, thorough testing, and a clear rollback plan for every component.

03

DevOps & CI/CD

We implement DevOps culture, tooling, and pipelines that automate the path from code commit to production deployment — reducing release risk, shortening cycle time, and giving your engineering teams the confidence to ship more frequently.

04

Infrastructure Optimisation

We conduct cloud cost reviews, right-size your workloads, implement reserved capacity strategies, and automate infrastructure lifecycle management to eliminate waste and bring your cloud bill under control without sacrificing performance.

Core Capabilities

Certified cloud engineers, production-proven practices

Our cloud and DevOps engineers hold active AWS and Azure certifications and bring delivery experience across enterprise-scale migration, containerisation, and platform engineering.

AWS and Azure architecture design, implementation, and certification
Hybrid and multi-cloud strategy and connectivity design
Cloud migration planning, execution, and post-migration optimisation
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, Bicep)
Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Azure AKS)
CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Cloud security architecture, IAM, and compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Observability and monitoring implementation (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch)
FinOps — cloud cost governance, tagging standards, and budget alerting
Disaster recovery design, testing, and runbook development

Business Value

What changes after engagement

Well-architected cloud infrastructure removes the friction between your engineering ambitions and your ability to execute them at scale.

01

Elastic Scale and Reliability

Infrastructure that scales on demand without manual intervention handles traffic spikes without over-provisioning during quiet periods. Improved reliability and tested disaster recovery procedures reduce mean time to recovery when incidents occur.

02

Faster, Safer Releases

Automated CI/CD pipelines eliminate manual deployment steps and reduce release anxiety so your engineering teams ship more frequently with greater confidence. DevOps practices transform deployment from a high-risk event into a routine operation.

03

Cost Under Control

Most organisations see 20–35% cloud cost reduction within 90 days of implementing our FinOps recommendations. A stronger security posture — with identity controls, network segmentation, and encryption built in from the ground up — reduces risk exposure simultaneously.

Our Approach

How we build infrastructure that works in production

A four-phase cloud delivery model that prioritises operational readiness, not just architectural elegance.

01

Assess & Strategise

We conduct a cloud readiness assessment — reviewing your workloads, dependencies, security requirements, and cost profile — to produce a migration strategy and target architecture with a clear business case.

02

Design & Plan

We design the target cloud architecture, define the migration wave plan, establish landing zone standards, and implement the security and governance framework before any workloads move.

03

Migrate & Build

We execute the migration in controlled waves, implement CI/CD pipelines, containerise applications where appropriate, and validate performance and security at each checkpoint.

04

Operate & Optimise

Post-migration, we implement observability, establish operational procedures, tune costs, and continue to improve the environment as your workloads and team capabilities evolve.

Why Aiprus Software

Cloud architects who build for operations, not just diagrams

Many cloud projects produce elegant architecture diagrams that fall apart under operational reality. Our cloud engineers design for what happens after go-live — runbooks, on-call escalation paths, cost governance, and the day-to-day operational patterns that keep infrastructure healthy. We hold active AWS and Azure certifications and stay current with platform capabilities so we recommend modern solutions, not yesterday's best practice.

Industries We Serve

Sector experience that matters

Retail and e-commerce, healthcare and life sciences, financial services and banking, manufacturing and supply chain, logistics and distribution, pharmaceutical, education and higher learning, and enterprise IT organisations navigating complex transformation programmes.

FAQs

Common questions, straight answers

Do you work with AWS, Azure, or both?

Both. We have certified engineers across AWS and Microsoft Azure, and we support hybrid and multi-cloud architectures where workloads span both platforms. We will recommend the right platform for each workload based on your existing investments, team skills, and technical requirements — not on a preferred partnership.

How do you manage cloud migration risk?

We use a wave-based migration approach where each wave is thoroughly tested in a staging environment before production cutover, with a defined rollback plan for every workload. We do not move mission-critical workloads until we have validated the approach on lower-risk systems and gained confidence in the target environment.

Can you help us reduce our existing cloud costs?

Yes. A cloud cost optimisation engagement typically begins with a FinOps assessment — reviewing your current spend by service, identifying idle or oversized resources, evaluating reserved instance coverage, and checking tagging compliance. Most organisations see 20–35% cost reduction within 90 days of implementing our recommendations.

What DevOps tooling do you work with?

We work across GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and CircleCI for pipeline automation. For Infrastructure as Code we use Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep. For container orchestration we implement Kubernetes on EKS, AKS, and GKE. We will work with your existing toolchain where possible rather than replacing tools that are working well.

How do you handle cloud security and compliance requirements?

Security is designed into the architecture from day one — not retrofitted. We implement identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption at rest and in transit, vulnerability scanning, and audit logging as foundational elements of every cloud environment. We have experience meeting SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS requirements across cloud platforms.
