How do you reduce the risk of ERP project overruns?

Our cutover methodology includes multiple mock cutovers with go/no-go criteria agreed in advance.

How do you handle data migration from legacy systems?

We run a dedicated data workstream from the earliest stages — profiling your source data, agreeing transformation rules with business owners, executing multiple migration rehearsals, and validating the final migrated data against agreed acceptance criteria before go-live approval is granted.
