Base Qualification Criteria (Lateral Hire):

  • Academic Qualifications: A graduation or post-graduation score of more than 65% (or equivalent).
  • Subject Proficiency: Strong command over relevant subjects and programming languages.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
  • Team Player: Excellent team player with strong analytical, strategic planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a self-starter.
  • IT Experience: Proven experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, and testing of software systems.
  • Development Knowledge: Strong knowledge of application development using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.

Base Qualification Criteria (Fresher Hire):

  • Academic Qualifications: A graduation or post-graduation score of more than 75% (or equivalent).
