  1. We assess our future talent through a structured 3-step process: starting with a Written Test, followed by two technical or subject-related interviews. These assessments are designed to allow you to showcase your skills and technical depth while also giving us the opportunity to learn more about you.
  2. Depending on the specific role you've applied for, you may be invited to a telephone, video, or face-to-face interview with one of our hiring managers. During this interview, we'll inquire about your motivation to join Aiprus and gain insights into your background. It's also your chance to ask any questions you have about your role or about working at Aiprus. Additionally, for certain roles, we may request that you complete a case study where you'll demonstrate how you would approach solving a client's business problems. This case study may be conducted online from your home.
  3. After your initial interview or completion of the case study, successful candidates will proceed to the second round of interviews. This may include a face-to-face or virtual interview to further explore our company culture and delve deeper into your role. Following this stage, you may have the opportunity to meet potential team members during an informal coffee chat, allowing for casual discussions and additional insights into your future team dynamics.
Step-3: Offer, you got it!
  1. After completing the case studies and interviews, the final step in our selection process is a crucial meeting: If we believe you are the right fit for the role, team, and Aiprus as a company, we will invite you to a final interview. This interview focuses on discussing your competencies, motivation, and assessing whether you align well with the team dynamics.
  2. This is your opportunity to ask any remaining questions, including how we can support your personal and professional development. If everyone agrees that you are the perfect match for the role and team, you will receive a congratulatory phone call from the hiring manager offering you the position.
