Recruitment Process

We are passionate about finding the right people and building the best teams. Find out how our recruitment process works, how we learn about you – and how you can learn more about us.

  1. Initial screening:
    1. Finding the right match: When you submit your online application, it will be forwarded to the correct recruitment team directly. They will then assess your experience to see how well it matches the job description featured on our website. The more information you provide to demonstrate a good match, the better.
    2. We aim to get back to you within two weeks of submitting your application. Our graduate candidates will then complete a short test to assess cognitive and behavioral skills, before they will able the interview stage.
  2. Assessment:
    1. We asses our future talent in 3 steps: Written Test; followed by 2 technical/subject related interviews.
    2. The very purpose of these assessments is for you to Show us who you are, your technical depth and learn more about us.
    3. Depending on the specific role you’ve applied for, we may ask you to join a telephone, video or face to face interview with one of our hiring managers. They will ask you questions about your motivation to become part of Aiprus and to learn more about you. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about your role or Aiprus. Depending on the role, we may also ask you to complete a case study and give us your views on how you would tackle a client’s business problems, for example. You will work on it (if required) online from home. After your first interview or completion of the case study, you will advance to the second round of talks: In a face to face or virtual interview, you will get to know our culture and learn more about your role. After that, you may have the opportunity to get to know your future teammates and ask any informal questions you may have during a casual team coffee chat.
  3. Offer: you got it!:
    1. You’re almost there. After case studies and interviews, it’s time for one last meeting: If we think that you are the right match for the respective role, the team and Aiprus as a company, we will invite you to a final interview. There we talk about your competencies and motivation and assess whether you are the right fit for your team. Seize this moment to ask any questions that matter to you, such about how we can support you in your personal and professional development. If we all agree on you being the perfect match for the role and team, you will receive a phone call from the hiring manager to congratulate you on your new job.
